The owner, Robbie McCoy, and his crew were all thoughtful, dependable, and competent; ie very professional. MSI removed several large trees from around the house before they posed a safety problem. In addition they cleared smaller trees and brush along the driveway. In the years, they pruned numerous small trees and shrubs, and even the liriope. Very pleased with the pruning! Cleanup was beyond excellent. They left the property looking clean and neat. All th brush was chipped and nearly discharged into the woods. The many leaves were blown into the woods. While I very much appreciate the quality of the work, I appreciate the characters of Mr. McCoy and his crew just as much.

What nice people!! We had numerous trees down and more that needed to be removed. The quote was reasonable for the work that needed to be done. They showed when they said they would and started immediately. We thought it would take days - but it only took a day and a half. They ground all of the stumps and took all the debris with them. They cleaned my neighbor's yard as well!!! They went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Excellent company to work with from start to finish. They gave a reasonable quote for each job for what was needing to be done (we have used them twice in the past several years) and showed up on time to complete each job. Everyone we dealt with, from the owner, giving the price quote to the crew that came out was extremely polite and friendly. The most recent job they did involved a more delicate approach as the trees being removed were in a tight spot with permanent structures nearby. They were able to easily cut the trees into small sections and then they lowered them to the ground piece by piece without ever putting the structures in any harm’s way. After they got all the trees down they proceeded to remove all the trees they cut down/mulched up and cleaned up around the property

We are so happy we chose to work with McCoy Tree Service. Their pricing was very reasonable and fair. We had one dead tree that needed to be completely removed, and Mr. McCoy’s crew was professional from start to finish. They showed up early in the morning and got right to work. While they were up there, they also noticed another tree in the back with additional dead spots we hadn’t been aware of. Mr. McCoy was very fair and reasonable in adjusting the price for that extra work. The team removed the trees safely and efficiently, using specialized equipment that made the process smooth and professional. We now have peace of mind knowing we don’t have to worry about those trees falling on our home. We will absolutely be calling McCoy Tree Service again when it’s time to remove our next tree.
