Dylan responded astonishingly fast to my call, spraying for termites and treating the wooden beams, joists, subfloor, and walls with a borate solution to protect against termites and wood decay. It was a big job. Dylan is the kind of guy who goes an extra mile to make sure you're well taken care of. Unbeatable price for the service. Dylan is amazing, so knowledgeable, efficient AND he actually cares! We needed someone to take care of an issue fast, we thought the chances of getting help would be days or weeks, we called and Dylan was there within a couple hours! He was busy but he came back out later that day (after 5) just to do and complete the job for us!! Outstanding customer service, he went above and beyond! Since then we have secured Dylan for year round service and could not be more pleased with the work, results and the price. He is very nice and professional, such a pleasure to work with. Dylan is an amazing, sweet, and kindest person! I found out late Thursday evening my elderly aunt had a hornets nest in a tree at the end of her driveway. Living in Missouri, the only way to help my aunt was to find someone to remove it for her. When I called Dylan Friday, he told me he would take care of it with no hesitations! He did just that the same day I called, even though I am sure his day was packed especially this time of the year. Dylan texted me to let me know he took care of my aunt!
