Joe has done work for me on at least three different occasions. he first was to clean my gutters and do several odds an ends maintenance jobs around the house. Excellent Service!! The next time was to service my AC unit and clean and seal the vents for me. Another excellent day of service!! He also installed a handicap ramp coming off my back deck. I would highly recommend McDaniel Contractor for any and all types of maintenance. He's honest, dependable, and will charge only a fair price!!
