McDaniel Heating Cooling and Plumbing

During freezing temperatures, I had my furnace looked at and supposedly repaired by another company. It went out again the very next day!! I called Ken McDaniel and he came out as soon as he could, same day, and had it fixed in 20 min or less! He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend him to everyone I know and anyone reading this post.

We are very pleased with the work McDaniel heating and plumbing did for us . They are very personal and professional , did a fantastic job .They were quick to get the job done , and wonderful clean up. We will definitely use them again!

I wanted to take this time to let everyone know my amazing experience with McDaniels Heating And Cooling I had today. I had called them this morning and they told me someone would call me back to set an appointment. I waited till 1:30 without a callback and called them back but no one answered. So I decided to call a different company. Once I called someone else, I got a call back from McDaniels. And once I told him that I had never got a call back, he had apologized profusely and took total responsibility. When I said I had gotten a different company to come out on Thursday, but if he could get out sooner than that, he said let me work on that and he would call me back. He came out to help install my new gas range stove and disconnected the old one. He did a great job, connected everything properly and made sure everything was running the way it’s supposed to. He even helped me with my washing machine that wasn’t draining. Got it running good again and draining the way it’s supposed to. Helped me replace my furnace filter as well as helping me with my water hose connection so I can clean my central air unit properly. He was so nice, and didn’t have to help me with all the other things I was concerned with! I feel so much better moving into my new house now. I 100% will use their services again.

Had some issues with my furnace when we were in a level 3 snow emergency. Gave him a call and he showed up a few hours later! Extremely knowledgeable and very personable! Got my furnace up and running in no time. Highly recommend and will use them from now on!
