My builder used McDowell to install the water heater when my home was built and put a sticker with their information on the water heater.... We noticed our hot water wasn't working correctly, and from what I could tell from my assessment as a YouTube water heater expert, I was going to need a new water heater. I called at 9am to see if they could come install a new one and they informed me that it was under warranty and if they could repair it they would and if not they would replace it and it would take a technician 2 days to get to us. An hour later they called back and said a technician was on the way, he gets to the house quickly assessed that it needed to be replaced and within an hour they had a new on installed and ready to go. I want to give a review to a A/C tech Mr. Owen he listened to me and understood the issues I was having and was able to fix the heating problem. Very good guy showed me what the issue was didn’t ignore my concerns. Thank you Mr. Owen.

They replaced a water circulation pump, kitchen and utility bath fixtures, as well as repairing leaking hose bibs outside. The work was done efficiently and with care. It’s obvious to me that this organization takes pride in their work. I have called on them before for other plumbing work which also was done well. I highly recommend this company. Update on 6/24/25: Everything is still working well and looking good.

I had to call to find out if they were done with the work. I asked if they tell customers when their work was done cause nobody told me or my landlords anything and I was told with an attitude “sometimes”. During the whole phone conversation she was being smart and clearly showed she didn’t care. Horrible customer service and that was coming from the “manager.”

Great people and they do great work and if any plumber works on my house it would be these guys and ac work as well
