After laying down new sod our landscape needed a refresh and Mark and his team were referred by our sod company. I still got a few quotes but what stood out about Mark was that he took the time to meet up before hand , we stood in the front lawn and discussed what we wanted and he took his notes. He was attentive and didn’t try to steer us into his direction. When it came to install day , his crew worked hard and got everything done in a timely manner. We did a walk through after and noted a few small things that needed extra attention which were addressed a week or so later. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark and his team ! If you want the job done well, at a reasonable price and with the assurance that the job won’t be done until you’re satisfied, go with Mark.

If I could rate McDowell Landscape Services even higher than 5 stars, I would! They landscaped the front and back of our house, and it looks amazing! It exceeded all my expectations of what I thought it would look like! Mark was exceptional. He showed us numerous options! I don’t know a lot about plants so let him decide on a lot! He is a true “artist” when it comes to landscaping! He is so knowledgeable, and it is apparent that he loves what he does! His crew was so professional and friendly. After it was all planted, Mark came back to see if we had any questions, and to make sure that we were 100% satisfied! My husband and I HIGHLY recommend McDowell Landscape! You will not be disappointed.

Very disappointed! When we met with him and he came up with a plan, we were very excited. At first, we were very happy with the work that was completed however, about a week after our rosebushes were planted they were dead and a plant that was supposed to be dug up came back with a vengeance. The biggest problem with contacting him is that he never contact you back we would call and leave voicemails we would text because sometimes text was faster but when I say faster, I mean two or three weeks and one time it was two or three months. Communication with Mr. McDowell is almost nonexistent that last time after he told me he would be back to replant our rosebushes and take out that plant. We have not heard back from him since. Mark and his team do an extraordinary job. From the initial designing of our landscaping, to accents like landscape lighting, to mowing and maintaining the lawn and landscaping, they do it all with a high degree of care and skill. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Mark and his team.
