Incredibly helpful, responsive and solved my flooring problem. I was in the middle of refinishing my 143 year old wood floors and we ran out of a very specialized flexible product that fills gaps between wood floorboards. I called all over the country to find it and it was sold out almost everywhere. McEllin Co had 5 jugs in stock and rushed to ship it out to me overnight so that I wouldn't keep my flooring contractors waiting (which would have been more costly). Thank you so much to Jack and the team for being so responsive and wonderful to work with. You're a lifesaver!

Very professional store! Sell everything you need for floor

Very knowledgeable and helpful. We're working on a DIY refinish, and no matter how much research you do there are always more questions. They were able to clear up a few questions we had about finishing and provide products that we couldn't find elsewhere.

Despite calling up 5-minutes before closing, Jack was EXTREMELY helpful. He answered all of my questions and even gave me some really great suggestions. They earned me as a customer and I am looking forward in working with this family run business.

Jack is very friendly and always makes sure you get what you need. If they don’t have what you need they will order it for you. One of the only places I trust to repair my expensive machines and tools that I would with on a day to day basis.
