I would like to commend McEwin Construction for their ability to transform the aging cabinets and pocket doors in three bathrooms of our home into modern, stylish features. This project demonstrated the team's expertise in revitalizing older fixtures, breathing new life into a space that had remained untouched for over 50 years. I would also like to commend Dillon and Jon, for their creativity as problem solvers and effective communication skills, which helped address challenges and deliver a bright, contemporary aesthetic. Satisfied with the outcome of the first project, we re-hired McEwin Construction to insulate the vaulted ceiling of our two-car garage. Dillon and John were great to work with. They helped me finish up painting the interior of my house, and a few other miscellaneous projects. They did a great job and I would use them again for any future projects.

I had Dillon and John come to my home. The South facing front door was leaking at the bottom causing issues including wetting of the drywall at the bottom of the hinge side of the door. Further, the door casing was showing signs of rot. I needed someone flexible and with multiple skills to diagnose, repair and hang a new custom door. Not knowing if the rot had penetrated into the framing was my biggest issue. Lots of companies will hang a door correctly but the "what if's" were multiple. Being a front door, the work had to be timed correctly for weather, material availability, and home security. I chose White Oak for the door and door frame for it's superior durability.
