Todd is AMAZING. From the initial quote to installation, he made me feel so comfortable. I got quotes from 2 other companies and his was nearly $1K less for nearly identical equipment. He was honest and fair. Extremely efficient. We replaced our furnace and AC system. It was all done within a week of the initial estimate. Couldn’t recommend more!

From the initial visit to the full install of my Carrier Infinity System (AC, Furnace, and Mini-Split) McFarland Staff has been fantastic to work with. Jeff had the initial visit to diagnose the problem with my old unit (freon leak). Afterwards Todd explained and visited our house to walk through the install of the new units after providing us 3 quotes on different units to choose. Jeff, Hunter and Steven did the complete install and were fantastic and efficient in getting it completed. All 4 answered any questions or concerns we might have had. Our AC recently had a problem just before warmer weather was going to roll in, and previous contractors I've had have either retired or are absolutely horrible to work with. Upon seeing a couple of mentions and the fact that they service Carrier equipment, I decided to give McFarland a try.
