Sherrie Hare Our facilities dock door was out of commission for over a year and we would have to manually open,which was extremely difficult. We reached out to several companies to repair the door with no success. But, we found Troy garage door from Granite City, the guys Wesley and Alex came out repaired the door in less than an hour, I highly recommend this company. The guys were very professional, an asset to your company. The company as a whole is awesome, from great pricing to wonderful cutomer service, thanks Lisa and Tammy. If we could give them a 10 rating we would. Great job!!!

They are amazing. I have had 2 other companies out. One put in 2 new, expensive garage door openers and when I had issues, they billed me and said they couldn’t help. Called another company and couldn’t help. Called Troy Garage doors and they fixed it all! Thank you Troy Garage Door!!

Our builder recommended Troy Garage Door in Granite City when we had a malfunction of the main garage door. Tammy (who answered the phone call) was outstandingly helpful and friendly! She scheduled Alex and Wesley to come out the same day, and within 30 minutes of their arrival they had us back in operation. The service was EXCELLENT, and the staff we delt with were competent and professional. We definitely would recommend them.

The 2 gentlemen (didn’t catch their names) came out and in a matter of minutes told me what needed replaced. Troy Garage no longer services the brand of garage door opener we have but showed me where to purchase the part, quoted me a price on installation, checked the springs and greased where needed. They were courteous, knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I would highly recommend Troy Garage Door!

My garage door stuck open today so I searched for a repair shop. Wi called Troy Garage Door and spoke with Tammy. I answered questions and even sent picture. But, when Tammy indicated she didn't have anyone available still today, I thanked her, but said I REALLY needed someone out today bcs I was uncomfortable leaving my garage wide open overnight. She took a minute then came back and said the owner would be by to at least manually close it before he ends his day. He did come by, assessed the issue and fixed it. I then asked him how I could change my code, but he went ahead and did that too! If you have a garage door issue, call here first. The nicest, most knowledgeable, and best pricing around.
