Buck, did a great job in analyzing the system repair. He was thorough and followed up with his notes. And he was punctual. I wish all service providers were like McFarland Septic.

Meh. Called them because of the positive reviews, won't do that again. Waited a week for an appointment to be scheduled. Poor communication. Showed up and decided the tank was too far from the end of my driveway and left. No call, no email, nothing. After 2 days of emails, they offered to come back with some extensions. I said sure, that would be fine. Next day I received an email from a 3rd person saying they wouldn't come back. My original inquiry said the risers were on the back yard and had direct access by driving over the field. I even took down part of the fence for access. They did do other homes for me, no report, no inspection, no communication. Just a pump. Called Double Duece, they arrived the same day, did a full inspection, with clear communication, and no issues

Great experience! McFarland came out to map the existing septic system and fully explained how the system was set up before we planned to landscape. Brendan was very knowledgable and helpful. I highly recommend this company and will use them for future services and routine maintenance.

McFarland Septic came highly recommended by another local business, so I figured they must know a thing or two about tanks! Scheduling was a breeze—called in, chatted with their friendly office team, and boom, they had me booked for the very next day. (No waiting around wondering what’s brewing below!) The crew showed up, friendly and all business, got straight to work, and even left the place as clean as a septic tank area could possibly be. They worked so fast, I barely had time to wave before they were done. Best part? The bill was less than the quote (I almost had to do a double-take). Reliable, no-nonsense, and just good people! I’ll be recommending them to anyone in need of some septic magic and will definitely be calling them back next time we need a little tank TLC
