Over the years, Mike and his team have done numerous jobs for my husband and I and I wouldn't recommend any other painter to my family, friends and clients. He's done everything from coordinating a team of contractors to do a complete renovation of our finished lower level after we experienced extensive water damage, to annual interior painting jobs. He also handles all of our apartment turnovers, which can be a challenge in August during the student housing turnover. Mike is a true professional. I have been using McGarrity Painting since 2008. He is the only painter I use on my home. I have recommended him to countless clients and family members. He always does an amazing job that looks great. I seriously doubt there is better painter in Dane County. His pricing is very fair, essentially for what you get in the end. If you want cheap, don't use McGarry Paint, because his finished work looks priceless.

Mike, the owner of McGarrity Painting, and his crew did a great job prepping and painting the exterior of our two-story, cedar sided house. In addition to thoroughly scrapping the shingles, they also completed minor repair work (e.g., patching the soffits in several places and cutting and replacing a number of damaged shingles). They were detail oriented throughout the project and were invested in wanting us to be satisfied with the results. Mike was on site daily during the job to review the quality of the work, check-in with us, and work on the house. He was easy to communicate with and was very open to meeting our needs in terms of timing the project around our schedule and making decisions about the scope of the work.
