Adam was amazing and efficient. After the initial repair of my oven another issue arose, Adam took the time to add me into his schedule and take care of the issue the next day. I would highly recommended Mr. Appliance the customer service is top notch and attentive. I will return in the future if necessary for any repair in my home.

Great service and advice! Had an older model Kenmore refrigerator. Unfortunely, the condenser blew out and could not be replaced. David made a prompt, excellent diagnostic service to save us money in the long term.

The experience was excellent! David our service representative was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He wore booties as he entered the home and discussed what he was doing as he diagnosed the problem. He returned once he had the part, same courteous behavior and was on his way. I'll call it "old fashioned service", the way it should be!

Taylor was knowledgeable and professional. Had to swap out a couple of components on our 20 year old dryer that had stopped heating. Had the parts in his truck, and the dryer was up and running again in about an hour. Highly recommend.

David our technician examined our refrigerator and found the problem on the first visit. Then ordered the part needed and returned a few days later, exchanging the part and let us know that any additional parts were needed. Then showed me how to clean my coils in the future. David was polite, very thorough, and good explaining what was needed, and how long the job would take. So, just completed, hope we a good for good while. Very satisfied.
