What's with all these one-star reviews!? Kirt did full room carpet repair for me in October 2023. He was prompt to return calls, honest, and reliable. On top of that, he did very nice work at a fair price. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Damage was done to a picture frame while they were working. They tried to hide the broken frame and never acknowledge the damage. When it was brought to their attention, they never reimbursed me for the repair, which Kurk (the owner who was there when it happened) said he would do. After numerous attempts to reach them, we were ignored. We were very disappointed with them and would NOT recommend using them at all!!!

When Kirk and his team came to my house to install flooring,, A team member knocked over a professionally framed family heirloom, and the frame broke. Rather than coming forward, the frame was hidden in a back room. When asked about the issue, Kirk hung up the phone. It's been 2 months without any compensation, despite sending him the receipt for a new frame. Very unprofessional.

Even after the courts ruled in our favor, McGowan has yet to comply. Apparently, he feels the laws don’t apply to him. What a terrible experience and absolutely would NOT recommend this business!!!

Owner is so unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Save your time and energy, go elsewhere!
