We called McGrails roofing about doing some roofing repairs. Jake came out the same day and took a look at what we needed done; said he would get back to us with an estimate. We didn't hear back from him. My husband sent a couple text messages with no response. Jake replaced a hot water tank for us at a previous residence. We were very pleased with his professionalism as well as his timeliness! We don't know the reason Jake didn't get back to us, it's very surprising considering our previous interactions. Disappointing he didn't respond to calls or text messages.
