I don't know what they could have done better. The crew showed up when expected, did a great job managing a monster crane in a tight space. In our case the boom had to go over a tall house to remove the trees in the back. The crane operator was effectively blind to what was being done, but the combined skill of him and the guy in the trees doing the cutting allowed them to do some remarkable work. I was particularly pleased that one of the 120' trees they took out, they did so without damaging any of the young maples that were withing feet of it.

McGuinness Tree Service removed more than 25 trees from my property. This was done in preparation for installing a solar system. At every step in the process, I was impressed with the professionalism of Shawn McGuinness and his crew. Amazingly, the giant crane installed in the front yard left no marks in the grass. The skill of the man in the trees and both crane operators and the men on the ground was remarkable. Throughout the process, the worksite was kept clean and traffic could easily pass in the street. At the conclusion of the work, the crew blew the sawdust and leaves from both the yard and the street. From the street, it was difficult to tell that the had been there at all. Ryan and his crew were so professional and courteous during the removal of 3 large pines on my property. The cleanup was amazing - you couldn't tell that a crane, logging truck and chipper were even on the property when they finished the job. Great work, we used them to trim and remove some trees on our property. They brought in the right equipment to get through our gated fence, removed everything, and cleaned up fairly nicely. A bit tough to get on the schedule but it was a fairly small job so I understand them trying to fit us in around other jobs. They did make multiple attempts and follow up to get us on their schedule.
