This company is the best. I was in need of an ADA bathroom for my son. They did an excellent job, from beginning to end. Communication was top notch, kept me in loop regarding everything. It was an incredible experience working with McIlwain Mobility. My wife, who uses a wheelchair, hadn’t been on a bike ride in nearly 30 years. Thanks to Chris and Selma at MMS, we got the chance to go riding together on a Van Raam Velo Plus wheelchair transport bike along the beautiful trails in Monterey. The bike was surprisingly easy to use—it has an electric winch to help load the wheelchair, and the seatbelt helped my wife feel safe and secure. She said the ride was incredibly smooth and relaxing. I really appreciate how dedicated McIlwain Mobility was to making our outdoor experiences more accessible. If you or someone you care about has mobility challenges, McIlwain Mobility is definitely worth checking out.

I was pretty bummed to brake both my ankles on my dirtbike earlier this month. Chris had an AXIS trackchair available for rent and OMG! Put a smile on my face and got me back to work much quicker than if I had to roll myself around in a plain Jane standard wheelchair!
