This Burmese owner comes over to fix a small leak right? Wrong this guy makes my leak 1000 times worse by cutting blindly into a wall and slicing pvc and then water is now gushing everywhere over my house. My kids and I have can’t walk around like we normally would but it’s water everywhere when I only had a small dishwasher leak before hand now I Have a serious wet floor problem now from My kid’s room to my kitchen, to my hallway to my living room. Save yourself and your family the stress. Don’t use this company.

Came over to do a small leak…Right? No turned it into a major issue decided to saw right into a pvc causing a flood then the man who caused water to burst out proceeded to LIE and say it was already like that ridiculous. Left out said they were gonna be an hour? Wrong almost 2 hours passed before he sent someone else to deal with HIS own problem. Wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE.

Mcindy did a fantastic job with regards to a major plumbing problem and repair of damage of both my kitchen and great room. They have also repaired a leak out side of the house and quickly cleared up damage issues. The service technicians did a thorough job with all issues, we everything was done on a timely basis and their work was outstanding. We recommend McIndy with the highest regard.

Usually, I don’t leave reviews but this place did my brother so bad. My brother who trusted in this business and the services they provided has a giant hole in his wall and they aren’t competent enough to fix it. I would never recommend a business that causes more harm than good. They not only cut a hole in the wall but they hit a pipe that caused water to go everywhere and they didn’t stick around to clean it up. They just left it which endangered a household. My brother ended up coming home and cleaning it up which to me is unacceptable. The worst part is that this was all caused by the owner. Instead of coming in and fixing what he was scheduled to fix, he damaged my brother’s property and did nothing to rectify the situation. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I strongly do not recommend this company. They make more work than what you call them over for. The darn owner cut into pvc and causes water to spray everywhere then leaves for the day soon as the Home owner arrives. Did I mention how dishonest he is as a man when you ask him who caused such damage. If it wasn't for the camera's and the fact the teenager being home This small man would have never told the truth about the cause of this damage done. DISHONEST COMPANY AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
