I contacted McKenzie's General Repair about replacing an AC unit in an RV. The owner, Neil was very professional when I spoke to him over the phone. He sent Alex and Jamie out and they had the old unit out and the new unit installed and working in less than two hours. Great customer service and expertise from both gentlemen. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the customer service they provide!

If I could leave less than one star I would. The worst person to hire. BBB has him as retired and not taking on new projects so don’t believe that he is active with the better business bureau. He was hired to do a job at the closing of our house by the seller. He never once introduced himself to us the owners that he would be doing work for, and apparently was too busy to answer calls and texts. Untimely, and contracts everything out so he is just the guy that collects the money and lands the project. He lied to the realtor who had to play the middle man for communication. He ended up getting let go because not only is his work shotty, his lies exposed, and his incompetence revealed (couldn’t tell drywall damage from stains) he was rude. I will NEVER use or recommend this company! We had our A/C repaired less than a month ago. This was after having appointments cancelled on us at the last minute in the middle of a Florida summer! I had just replaced the filter two days before it stopped working. They finally came out. But now our A/C isn’t working again. I found the new filter beside our air handler. The tech left our unit without any filters nor did he tell us he didn’t put one back in!!I called Thursday & Friday and never got a call back. I called again today (Monday) they came out and told us the line had a blockage from not having a filter! Hummmm! Supposedly he cleaned out the blockage. But 5 hours later and our house is still hot and not blowing cold! What the heck???! The tech assured us it was repaired and to expec

AC stopped blowing cold air. I called and was scheduled for the next day. Received a call back from office the morning I was scheduled for service. Advised that they were running behind schedule but assured I was going to still be serviced that day. Then at end of business hours I get another call back telling me they were not coming and it would be the next day! I had let them know from the very beginning that I have a special needs child that is unable to regulate his body temperature and will have seizures if he gets to hot, as well as my father in law that has heart issues. . If I had known they weren’t coming in the morning, I could have found someone else! This was unprofessional and not acceptable! We had to rent hotel rooms due to their lack of service as scheduled. .
