We recently had all the windows and doors replaced in our home by this company, and we couldn’t be happier. Craig, the GM, and his amazing crew were professional, friendly, and incredibly meticulous. Not only did they replace every window and door, but they also cut through the stucco exterior to enlarge existing openings and added French glass doors in our master bedroom. The result is stunning. The craftsmanship is top-notch—the frames are solid, the finishes are flawless, and the hardware feels premium. The team was conscientious about protecting our landscaping and interior spaces, and they left the property spotless at the end of each day. The photos I’ve attached show the quality of the work: clean lines, great fit, and a modern look that completely elevates our home’s appearance.

McKinney glass fixed 7 windows in our house yesterday. We're selling our house and it was go time, with all of the clutter and confusion in our dwelling the two men that came to do the job rocked it! Taylor was great to work with for customizing our Milgrard windows for replacement. Jake and Frank were wonderful with the delivery and installation of the new windows. If there was a question or problem, we was notified immediately. We have already noticed a big difference regarding the heat coming through the windows with the SunCoat Low-E option. We would highly recommend McKinney Glass for your home window needs.

We like the Milgard windows (screens are not good) but the installation not so much. Should have done a final walk around as to many issues were found (damaged windows and installation issues). Have had to come back to many times to fix issues that were damaged or not completed correctly. I still have one new window with damage that has not been fixed and it's been 30 days since they last said they were going to fix it.

We bought $35,000 in windows from McKinney’s and paid for them to install them. Installation was terrible. They did not glue frames to the wall which is a code. Put flashing over nails that were not flat. They did not install the sliding glass doors strait. The windows were not hung level to the windows next to them. Bottom track covers are too short. The flange is not strait ( half an inch dip by the header). They broke some parts of frame. They did send guys back to rehang some of the windows we caught however this was after it was caught and did not fix anything else. When other problems were found - too many problems to type here -the most upsetting thing was that when we reached out and even emailed the owner directly - we got NO response.
