McLain Heating, Cooling, and Electrical

Last year my wife and I had McLain out to install a ducted mini split HVAC system. The crew they sent to the house was extremely personable, on time, worked hard, and got the job done quickly. After a year with the system, I could not be happier with the purchase. The system held up great to the summer heat, and kept the house nice and warm during the winter, even on the nights when the temperatures dropped to single digits. Great company and great product. Highly recommend.

McLain heating and cooling were very professional from estimates to completed project. We decided on a York and the installation with Randy and Josh was great! They did a very outstanding job! Their attention to details was great! They made sure they installed the pan and drainage with great detail. This was an issue with our old unit and they explained the problem and why their system would be better. They reviewed this with my husband and myself. The explained in detail the smart thermostat and explained the way to get more efficiency out of our new unit. I am very impressed. If you need a new unit please don’t hesitate to give McLain a call. I know we will when our second unit bites the dust. Added bonus they took care of rebates and registration of our new equipment! Got to love that!

In the process of replacing my home HVAC system, I got five proposals from local contractors. McLain provided clearly the most comprehensive and professional estimates, with three options, all of which were in the exact same price range as the other four contractors whose proposals were very lacking. The tech Eric came out and quickly found and fixed the problem with my gas furnace. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things about my furnace, and didn't leave until we were sure the problem was resolved. Thank you Eric for great service. Will definitely use them in the future
