Do not buy any stihl products from here. And defiantly don’t take equipment in for repair. I have had a backpack blower in there two times for repair and they still send it back to me with the same issues. I’ve reached out to steel and steel has reached out to them for them to give me a call and they never did. they do not care about small companies. Do not spend your money here go somewhere else.

Last week I went in to just look around. Had four employees asking if I needed help. Yesterday I went in needing help and no one was around. This was once a great store but now you're better off going to Ace.

This was my first visit to McLendon Hardware. I was looking for some specialty miniature machine screws. They had five or six aisles of specialty fasteners and the people working there were extremely helpful. I was impressed enough that I walked up and down every aisle in the store and will certainly be back.

Got an email saying they missed me. Here's a 20% off coupon. Went in the next day, and said it was no good. Not the 1st time it happened. If they're not gonna honor a coupon, you can say good bye to me.

Don't take anything here for sharpening. It's not a service they provide. I politely called once a day every day for 4 days to see if my kitchen knife had been completed and they failed to get it done day after day promising the next day was going to be the day . Today I picked it up and asked for a refund. No apologies, no attempt to spend the 10 minutes it takes to sharpen the knife. Disappointing.
