McNair and Sons LLC

Had no demo crew recommendations so just looked up some companies online. Found these guys. Was concerned because I usually use contractors that I get recommended to by people I know. They were great all the way through the job. Kept good communication going, were respectful to the neighbors, did a great job and completed everything as discussed in our contract. I can’t recommend them more highly. Would definitely call them again in the future if I need help with another project.

McNair and Sons were an absolute pleasure to work with! I had an unexpected L&I issue and Earl expertly navigated the permitting process with the city. He took the time to schedule visits with the L&I office to ensure everything was correct and communicated each step to me very clearly. He then skillfully completed the job! Would highly recommend!

It was a pleasure doing business with Earl, he was laid back, professional, easy to talk too and showed up to work each day, bright and early. He was conscious and considerate of our home and worked until he was finished each day. I really appreciated that he spoke with my husband and I before making any decisions.
