McNally's Heating and Cooling

We woke up to a cold house and knew the furnace was not working. One phone call later we had a technician scheduled . Even though it was a weekend we had someone here in less than 90 minutes. Our technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care to not track any snow in or leave a mess. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem, and got our furnace running. I was very pleasantly surprised at how little the charge was considering it was an after hours call.. From start to finish I was very impressed with McNally’s and the help we received. It was quite apparent that they make a priority of hiring very capable and courteous employees. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them for anyone with a heating and cooling problem.

My furnace went out unexpectedly this week. Thankfully McNally's has emergency services and called in Ociel. He showed up close to 8pm, was extremely polite, courteous, and had a diagnosis quickly. Unfortunately, his diagnosis was that I'd need a new furnace. Hector reached out to me and set up a time the next morning to give me a quote. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable! Within an hour after Hector left, Alex showed up with the new furnace, followed by Ociel. Alex ended up being my neighbor, which is awesome! He's the man! I’m a first time customer & will be forever. The customer service & response time was like no other in my experience. We all dread waking up this time of year & having no heat. I called the emergency number talked with someone about my issue & received a call back from the tech on call within 5 minutes. Cameron was very honest & transparent about my situation & I really appreciated that. He scheduled me for an appointment with his office via computer . I decided to wait until regular business hours. Ariel then reached out to me first thing in the morning to get me on their schedule. I explained my situation & she was very sympathetic to it. Rigo was wonderful! My service was fast, and very affordable. He took time to explain the problem, how he fixed it, and how to prevent it in the future. When my longtime HVAC company was closed I dreaded looking for a new one so I'm glad my neighbor suggested McNally's in Crrystal Lake. I spoke with Ariel who explained services, prices, & scheduled an appointment for my furnace/Aprilaire clean & check. Ariel has an excellent telephone presence, a quality that seems to be rare these days. Cameron arrived & clearly explained the clean & check process. When he finished that work, he told me what he had seen and done, asked if I had questions, & answered the ones I had. I was impressed with his knowledge & especially his friendly yet very professional manner. It was fun to talk with him! I intend to ask for Cameron to do the Spring A/C clean & check.
