100% satisfied. I thought I might need a new furnace based on what another company had previously told me. They gave me a large quote for repairs that was nearly the cost of a new furnace. I called Silver Star Heating and Cooling for a second opinion and furnace check. Jay came out and cleaned what was needed and assured me my furnace was well maintained and did not need to be replaced at this time. He was personable, honest and put my mind at ease.
