I haven't actually done business with them yet. I used their online chat and was very pleased that I am well on my way to getting my small project underway. One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. I am an estimator for a steel construction business and have to get quotes on steel prices daily. The sales personal at this company will do anything they can to keep from doing their job and give their customers a price quote. It could be because their pricing is so high that in the end their customers always go elsewhere to buy the product. They are rude on the phone. That could be because they want their customers to give them the prices of their competition instead of just quoting the current price of the product they are selling. I highly suggest finding a alternate company to buy from.

ASK FOR DEAN! This company is definitely not built for the general public but is geared more towards serving experienced contractors and businesses. The phone tree has been god awful every time I've called in (sales reps who know little to nothing about the actual products they are selling) except for 1 time when I called in and was connected to Dean Beranek: Customer Service Specialist. Changed the way I look at this company all together! I would have given 1/5 if not for Dean so those 2 extra stars are for him and his outstanding service!

The sales Rep Shelbi Morale's was a dream to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable about there products, and her great communication skills was out of this world.
