I would highly recommend MCR Flooring. They did a great job re-flooring my home as I prepare to put it on the market. They were on-time, did an excellent job, and at a fair price.

MCR was recommended to me by a friend who owns a number of homes. Mark did a great job getting us taken care of with carpet for a large family area and a couple of bedrooms. We were able to pick out carpet and he had had it in ready to go to be installed in about four days. Mark and his team did a really nice job moving some of the pieces of furniture then putting them back into place as needed. Will use them again for sure!

The owner of this company doesn’t know how to drive. Watch him speeding in a resident area and almost run right into another vehicle that was trying to pull into their driveway. Was passing other cars in a non passing lines. Very unsafe, wouldn’t use this business if that is how they act when driving. Vehicle was a red dodge ram, with company logos. You would think if you’re driving a company vehicle you wouldn’t drive like that.

This group installed new carpet in our home. They are contracted to install flooring for Country Carpet in Madisonville TN. Only one of them spoke English. We paid extra for them to move our furniture. They dropped our couch on our wood floor and drug it across causing a huge scratch. They also pushed my chest of drawers into two different door frames and scratched them all up. They didn't hang my closet door back on properly. They asked us to go into another room while they worked, therefore, I couldn't see what happened. They were in a hurry to leave when finished. I didn't know why until after they left and I was putting small things back when I noticed the damages. Great service highly recommended their services! I was expecting the removal and installation to take several hours, they got to my house and got down to business! Carpet looks great and I couldn’t be any happier! If you need your carpet removed/installed they are the ones to call. You won’t be disappointed, highly recommended them to get the job done.
