McSwain Carpets & Floors

We recently worked with Mark for our carpet purchase, and he made the entire sales process extremely easy, carefully going over all of our options. The pricing was competitive, but what truly sets McSwain apart is their consistent quality. We first used them in 2018 at our previous home (and the installation was just as great as the sales experience!). We just used them again in our new home, and the installers were excellent! The Justin and Eric duo did the install—they were efficient, professional, and clearly know their carpet. Next time we need flooring, we'll be going straight back to McSwain!

We spent nearly 30K in 2022 for Shaw Flooring and I keep finding reasons to regret shopping with McSwain. We ended up choosing a "higher quality" floor. The work was done before we moved in and I was not here to oversee the work, but I shouldn't have to if the company is reputable. To begin, I was unhappy with the state my house was left in - there was no cleanup/dust mitigation and the floor had not even been dusted. I called my sales person and she said she was sorry to hear that!!??? No offer to make things right. My baseboards have never been completely completely finished despite calling multiple times.. Some of the planks were installed with cracks and flaws and they keep degrading.. The person who came out didn't follow through with getting them replaced and I didn't have the bandw

We had a wonderful experience with McSwain. Gordon was great to work with and allowed us plenty of time to look through the great selection of flooring samples. He was transparent about cost and flexible with preparation, install, and furniture moving options. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the products and installation process. The installers arrived when scheduled, were careful to avoid damaging the walls, and worked very quickly. We're very pleased with the flooring we chose and the install. McSwain seems to strive for good customer experience.

Very pleased with how our new floors turned out! Our salesperson, PJ was extremely helpful in picking out colors, etc and was great to work with. Jeff was our hardwood flooring installer and he was excellent and very personable. Same for the carpet installers, although I don’t know their names. The only thing I will have to figure out what to do about is that the pantry doors wouldn’t fit back on, so will see how long we go without those. Would recommend!

We had a great experience with McSwain. They were competitive in price - I had nylon 6 Capet installed throughout the 1st and 2nd story as well as waterproof vinyl plank flooring in our basement. The installers were great. The vinyl installer team of Ron and Barb were perfectionist. So glad we did it! We are extremely pleased with the quality and looks. Now I need to finish my part - painting, going thru all the items from closets etc.
