McVeen & Sons' Pest & Termite Control

HORRIBLE! We heard scratching and had droppings. Richard and Brian came out and said we had bats. They said they’re the only ones around that do bat removal. They are not. Paid them $1250 to seal up cracks.They used white caulk on my black gutters and dark green siding. Came out a second time to finish sealing because they forgot their long ladder the first time. Drilled a trap into my brand new siding. No where near the bats. Two weeks later we still had droppings and scratching. Not one bat had excited the trap. We called another company and they came out and said that we don’t have bats. We have mice. Very easy to tell the difference between the two droppings. Two weeks later the mice are gone. Now they are avoiding my calls and will not refund me my money. They did one treatment and th

10 out of 10 recommend, McVeen & Sons' has always addressed and all problems I have ran into with my home. They are greatly priced, and it does not matter what time of the day it is, they make sure to come out SAME DAY, they aren't worried about just "getting the job done", they treat your home like one of their own!

I was so pleased with the help that I received from McVeen & Sons'! Not only were they professional, but they truly cared, and reassured me that all would be well (and it was!). Very soon after I made the call to McVeen, someone was at my house ready to get to work! I was even offered some great tips to protect my car and home when traveling in the future! I think they really do try to treat their customers like family. I would highly recommend McVeen & Sons'....they are affordable, knowledgeable, and very kind. Thank you for the great service! :D

So please to give an honest and positive review for this family business. For a house that was infested with bed bugs and was told the worst infestation ever they went above and beyond communication, follow through, the way they conducted themselves in a courteous and business like manner on top of the affordable pricing given. They beat all the other exterminators out there to shame and have every right to stand proud at the way they stand by their word and business! You won't be disappointed!
