Lowes uses this company for their service plans and what a joke. First was my refrigerator, it wasnt cooling properly. MD APPLIANCES scheduled for 9-1pm they showed up at 530pm. Ok fine, things happen. Only to be told theres nothing wrong with my refridgertaor. ok cool, contacted lowes had another appliance company assess, changed the compressor and imagine that it was fixed. 2yrs later my washing machine starts acting up and throwing errors, Contacted Lowes and they only had 2 companies in the area. One being Md appliance ::sigh:: fine. They never called to confirm. When I called them they werent sure if they could "fit me in" the day lowes scheduled.
