We had our driveway completed earlier this month. Overall, the project looks fine—however, we were disappointed with how the end of the driveway was finished. The edge near the curb is not flush, and it looks noticeably uneven and unprofessional. We reached out and had someone from the company come take a look. Unfortunately, they dismissed our concerns and told us not to focus on it, which was frustrating given the significant investment we made. Clear communication and attention to detail are important, especially for a project of this cost and visibility. The crew was courteous and respectful throughout the job, which we appreciated.
