Never rec’d my garbage cans. After I was told they were at my address; I was connected with Maria. She was so helpful. She called me back and said they would be delivered the next day. The 2 cans were delivered as she said. She followed through with the time she took to help me.

I recently request MDC’s disposal services and just had a few concerns about what is included in my plan. All of my questions were answered clearly and thoroughly, and I never felt rushed or brushed off. Maria was wonderful. She was patient, professional, and kind throughout the entire call. She took the time to make sure I understood everything and made sure to answer all my questions. Thank you, Maria, for the excellent service!

We did not have our garbage picked up this morning. I called customer service, spoke to Tina, she was very pleasant and told me she would check in for a pick up today. Our garbage was promptly picked up.

MDC Enviromental has given us such better service. We have experienced such poor attitudes from 2 other waste disposal services . I have needed to call in for help on 2 different waste management needs. I received a customer service employee named Miki/Micky (not sure how her name is spelled) she really went above and beyond on both circumstances. My husband and I understand how hard your drivers work, but to have office staff seriously listen and understand your problem is really just golden. Thank you and we hope you appreciate your staff.

Have had good luck with the garbage driver, but the recycle driver frequently leaves recycling still in the can or carelessly leaves the can in the middle of the driveway. Update: The following week driver left the same items in recycle bin
