Water Well Services

My review is a little different. I was called to assist in a well pump pull. Brian is very clean, detail oriented, and professional to work with. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

We woke up the Sunday after Thanksgiving after 10' snow fell the day before, and we didn't have water. I called the company we have used in the past, and nobody answered the emergency number. But, despite it being before 7am, Brian answered on the second ring. After describing the problem and a few of the things I tried to fix it, he agreed to come out right away. A few minutes later, he called back and had me try one more thing and it worked. I offered to pay him for the tips and taking his time on a Sunday morning, but he wouldn't take any money. I highly recommend their services as they've earned by business now.

Brian was great. Had great communication when sub-zero weather was a challenge. He explained everything very clearly, and had fair pricing.

Our well pump stopped working over holiday weekend. Nobody was picking up the phone, so we bought a new pump and tried replacing it ourselves since it was an emergency and we have elderly person at home. It turned out the pump is stuck and we were not able to pull it out, so I tried once again calling around for a professional. This guy answered, I explained in detail what the issue is. He said he can fix it and his charges are $1,200 for first two hours, or if we need it sooner on Monday then $2,400. I agreed for $1,200 charge. Day before the service he asked for pictures, which I sent. Then he said I never mentioned him the details, even though I explained everything and without any questions he said he can do it day prior. Now he said he can't help us because he will not earn any money

I needed quick help with my well, that had completely failed, Brian was on site within hours of my call. He’s professional, really knows his business, and reasonably priced. I had working water within just a few hours. Cannot recommend these guys enough!
