MDistrict Park 1101 Wilson

This garage IS staffed. The entrance at 1101 Wilson has a booth with a gentleman seated in it. Also, there is an office located right there on the first floor during business hours. I have never had an issue. I am a monthly parker and everything is handled online with ease. Great place to park as my building is connected and I don't even have to walk outside!!!

This garage is NOT staffed, despite what their sign says. Do not park here if you ever worry about getting stuck upon exit, because there is literally nobody there to help. 9:24 AM on a Monday and I have been waiting for 50 minutes to be let out. There is no assistant here, despite their signs, and the help number goes to voicemail. I have been using this garage for a year but never needed assistance before so had no idea this was so misleading

I purchased a monthly parking pass yesterday, and today I came to park for the first time. When I drove up to the parking lift for assistance, I asked the lady if I was at the right garage and she said okay and let me in. When I went to pick up my pass, the manager told me I was at the wrong garage and said I needed to pay despite being let in and given the wrong information. The manager said there was nothing he could do and it was my fault for entering the wrong garage. When I was exiting the garage and getting ready to pay for the 4 hours that I was there for, the employee shoved a card reader in my face without saying anything, and when I wanted to confirm the amount that I was being charged, he got very upset and asked what was so hard to understand and mumbled other things under hi
