while the parking itself is sufficient, you can’t use the elevators to get to the street and the machine ate my credit card when i attempted to pay. while the hours say an attendant should have been here 4 hours ago, when i callled, he said he’s still on his way?

This is just an average parking garage good if you work in the attached building or close by. There's always a parking spot available by the time I get in usually around 7:30. Which is better than other parking lots that are closer to the construction that fill up before 7. The only thing I would mention is that they do have early bird pricing, you have to get in before 9 but it only applies if you leave after 3 otherwise it's $16 instead of 8 for the day. Also if you park in lot A or B you have to be a monthly Parker, but lot D and C are both for Day Parking. If you park in lot D and you are planning to leave earlier than about three or four p.m. Park further down past the elevators because otherwise it's a tight squeeze to pull out of the spot with cars parked closely, perpendicular behi

Parked here for years and finally got tired of the NYC subway station conditions (dirty, smelly etc.). The payment machine is put together with duck tape and no one cleans the mess the construction crews leave behind.

This is the worst parking lot I've experienced in Northern Virginia. Twice in the last two weeks (late Jan / early Feb. 2018), their ticket reader has not recognized my ticket, and there was no attendant on duty to assist, which forced me to call the emergency line and wait for over 20 minutes until they bothered to come by. No apologies were given, nor was assurance provided that they were going to fix the problem. I will avoid this lot at all costs going forward.

No electric vehicle charging which is supposed to be standard these days.
