Our condo association has a contract with AirPlus to perform semi-annual inspections, which is how we found them. They have also done some repair work for us on our HVAC and our water heater. All work, both inspections and repairs, has been done quickly and professionally. They are very knowledgeable about our condo systems, and are patient in explaining problems/solutions to the average person. Their office staff is also friendly, responsive, and flexible.

OUTSTANDING Service! Our furnace went off the day of a winter storm. The company we had an existing contract with failed to provide service and Air Plus stepped in to the plate! Knowledgeable technicians on hand with a solid staff support back in their office at a very reasonable price.

Every single person I have worked with (Brent, Antoine, Robert and the manager Darren) have been professional and thorough in their work. They took the time and care to advise and correct existing problems that occurred from improper installation of our original HVAC system. In addition to that, Robert came out for a plumbing service call and was prompt, efficient yet thorough in diagnosing the issue. I would highly recommend this company.

The technician checked all of the wiring and found worn wires that were causing spikes in power transmission. He corrected the wiring of my nest thetmostat and tested both heating and cooling. Cost for the repair was very fair, and the technician was knowlegable about the equipment. I will recommend AirPlus for any HVAC services.
