5 star service! Amanda, in the office, was able to fit me in for same day service. Jovanni, the tech/installer, called to say he was running ahead of schedule & offered to come over immediately. What a pleasant surprise! Jovanni was both professional & friendly. He assessed the situation, educated me on the problems, reviewed the pros & cons of my options, & ultimately installed new springs & rollers. I thought the price was fair, especially since he gave me a discount for paying by check & the installation came with a lifetime warranty. Jovanni showed me how everything worked, replaced my outside keypad, & even programmed my car! I really appreciate that he left me his card with his personal cell number in case I had any questions. Now that’s someone who stands behind their work! Great
