Meaux's Plumbing and Tank Service

I built a house in 2017 and Meauxs Plumbing was the original installer of the septic system . Every since then I have had them out here repeatedly on and off every year or so for a problem. Today I was charged $950.00 for spray pumps that operate the sprinkler and they also stated they had cleaned the tanks. I have never been charged less than $300.00 when thet have had to come out. Im not a plumber guy, but I suggest if you have them to put your system in , that you get some knowledge of your system. The secretary is mouthy so watch for that when calling. I'm just a natural good and calm guy so I don't t let it bother. The guys that comes out and does the work are a plus for the company. To whom it may concern, I am writing to strongly advise potential clients to reconsider using this company’s services. While I typically do not post reviews and prefer to handle service issues privately, the lack of professional accountability I experienced makes it necessary to share my story. I contacted this company for a residential plumbing issue. Despite receiving an invoice for over $600.00, the original problem resurfaced within 36 hours. When I reached out to have the matter resolved, I was informed that the company does not guarantee their workmanship. I hope this information helps others avoid unnecessary expenses for ineffective repairs.

We called Meaux's out today for a water leak under our house. Very prompt and efficient service. Also impressed with the knowledge of these plumbers. We will call again with any future issues for sure !

Do NOT use this business unless you enjoy being ripped off and dealing with dishonest people. They were called because the hot water was not working on one side of the house. The charge was over $1000 for 4 hours of labor which resulted in a broken shower handle that THEY broke and they refused to pay for. The plumber admitted that he broke the handle but did not document that in the notes and Meaux's stated that wasn't their responsibility. Also, the hot water heater was fixed by a simple reset of the hot water heater but were charged for the 4 hours of labor they chose to do before trying to reset it.
