We had a great experience with Mebane Electrical Services! Cam came out to install an electrical outlet in our master bath, and he did an excellent job—professional, efficient, and very detail‑oriented. He explained the process clearly and made sure everything was done safely and up to code. What I really appreciated was the communication and planning ahead. In the future, they’ll be dropping a Cat 6 cable in our den, and I feel confident it will be handled with the same level of expertise. Jim and Nick from Mebane Electric were fantastic. They installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage for my Tesla, and their work was clean, professional, and efficient. They ran the conduit neatly along the wall, secured everything perfectly, and made sure the setup was safe and up to code. They answered all my questions without rushing me, explained the installation process clearly, and treated my home with respect. You don’t always find electricians who care about the little details, but these guys definitely do. Highly recommend them for any electrical work – especially EV charger installations. Can't say the work was poorly done or anything, but $1100 for parts and installation of a GFCI outlet and 3 smoke detectors is just way too expensive, particularly when installation of the smoke detectors took less than 30 minutes. Would really appreciate if the invoices included separate costs for parts and labor so I could understand the costs better.

Cam and Nick were professional, tidy, and explained everything they were doing as the job progressed. I will definitely have them back for another job we have already talked to them about. Great company, great techs!
