Terrible service. Issue with the furnace, called to get it checked out. The service man, told me the issue with my furnace is that “I am a women”. Completely inappropriate comment for 2026. I am a single women, with an education and I do a fine job at that. I do not deserve to be disrespected by someone providing me a service. I called the owner he basically blew me off saying I put him a difficult situation since the man is a “good worker”, he also stated that other customers had this issue with this worker in the past. They completely lost my business and the business of my family.

Called because my bf and I got home and realized we were out of fuel. Our fueling company isn’t open until Monday and we needed fuel desperately. They say they offer 24 hour services but when I called the guy on the phone just said he would send a note and I’ll get a call soon, well I waited all night up until 7:30am just for the person to finally call me and tell me to get lost pretty much because I wasn’t a customer. It’s winter how could you do that??? It’s your loss on money not mine.

Terrible guy. Acts oblivious and tells you he can’t hear you and pretends to look up your order just to make you make a new order. Unprofessional, disrespectful behavior. We need new oil guys that know how to treat people/customers. This place SUCKS IN 2026

He’s a rude ignorant man over the phone and does not do any 24-7 calls can be -1 degree outside and he’ll push u back 2 days

Moved to Pittston over a year ago , I've ordered several times and delivery is quick. I had an issue with black smoke coming from chimney. I work in NJ and my girl was home alone and worried. Made the call and within an hour or two it was handled. Thanks Mike
