New construction home, and we had the Trane A/C unit installed. Had some mechanical issues, and called our contractor who contacted Mechanical One to troubleshoot. We had Pedro, and Anthony come out to assess and correct the issue with the unit. The gentlemen were thorough, timely and concise with corrrecting the problem for us. Pedro and Anthony, were great and I would recommend them both for your situation.
we needed a follow up to the plumber visit on our tankless water heater. M1 quickly sent out the gas technician Kenny Wilkerson. He spotted the problem almost immediately and came back early the next morning with the correct part and installed it very quickly. Great service!
Anthony V. did a great job! He is very nice, kind, caring, patient, and professional! He addressed my concerns and checked the vents and all the connections in the attic to make sure they were properly sealed. I would highly recommend Anthony Vasquez! World-Class Service!!
