Rafael did an excellent job helping us with two completely separate AC issues. Each time he came by he was professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on, which really helped us feel confident in the repairs. I now feel like I understand how our system works so much better thanks to him. We truly appreciate his expertise and great service!

Rafael Gonzalez did a wonderful job at diagnosing the issue that I was having with my HVAC system during the craziest, cold weather here in Ocala. He was incredibly thorough, explaining how the full HVAC system functions and why I was experiencing my heat not working effectively. He went above and beyond to ensure my system was up and running, and was very patient with my one million questions. Come to find out, it was incorrect settings in my ecobee smart thermostat. But even outside of that he checked everything else to make sure we were good to go! Even went in the attic. Also, they had him come out within an hour of me calling, which gave me so much peace of mind. I will certainly be using this Mechanical One for my future needs! Nate is an amazing tech. He came out to work on and replace our water heater. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional; he explained everything he had done and the why behind it. He is definitely an asset to your company and I will be recommending you guys to everyone! Thank you

Charlie was absolutely amazing, the man knows his job like the back of his hand. Very professional and courteous. He took time to do the job thoroughly and to educate me on the common mistakes and proper maintenance of the HVAC system.
