Medina Exteriors and Remodeling converted our sunroom into an all seasons room and exceeded our expectations. Brett listened to what my wife and I wanted, quoted a fair price, and accurately explained the process to expect. Kevin managed the work and went out of his way to insure our satisfaction. I am a retired accountant and in all my years of working I never met a contractor with the service and integrity of this company. Exceptional work and service.

I’m so happy with my new shower! It’s like being in a resort now. Got new sink hardware and new hardware on the back of the doors and a cute round towel holder plus a towel rack on the shower door and a new light and fan in the shower. The walls were all repaired from old hardware on the walls from our trying to fix things for years. Everyone was so kind with us from Mariah helping us with making choices in the showroom and keeping us updated with the app. The team placed paper and plastic on our floor and carpets and never left a mess. Kevin checked in daily, Scott did the cool tile work for me and Ryan and Bob did all the plumbing work even fixing some issues that were in the shower since 1963. We had a great experience with Medina Exteriors. Very professional and great communication on progress/ next steps of our house projects. We had stone added to our house and had our garage wood trim replaced with vinyl. We are very happy with the work we had done and have received many compliments!

The door leading from our laundry room to the garage was severely damaged when a member of our family locked themselves out of the house. Brett Ruiz not only explained the type of door we needed for replacement, but suggested a locking mechanism that would prevent this from occurring again. The job was seamless from estimate to measurement to the professional install. The door is beautiful and we’re very pleased. This is not our first experience with Medina Exteriors and Simply Distinct Kitchens and Baths. They are our go-to for remodeling and more due to their quality work and integrity. Medina Exteriors & Remodeling [Simply Distinct Kitchens & Bath] just finished our bathroom remodel and it is awesome! From design to completion of the project, they are professional and work with you every step of the way. They established a timeline and budget and were true to their word. The quality of the contractors was top notch and the finished product is perfect.
