Had the repair technician out to my house about 3 weeks ago when my oil heater stopped working. The tech turned the oil feed line to the funace off and tells us the furnace is old and cant be fixed. So now we have no heat and we have the new system replacement team out for a quote to replace the system. Never got that qoute i had them out for.... sure enough though, just got an oil delivery of 123 gallons of oil i will never use and will have to find a way to dispose of. Called the office and the girl who answered the phone made it out to be our fault they nevr "red tagged" us for delivery. Thanks Menan Service team you're so great.-NOT!

Meenan charged me $4.36 per gallon when 2 other oil companies are charging $2.99 per gallon!! When I called to complain they did give a price adjustment of .20 per gallon but that’s still much higher than the others. The only difference in service between the company I went with and Meenan, is that the new company, Patriot, isn’t open between the hours past 10PM and before 6AM!! Meenan’s people kept giving me the same sales pitch about their services that didn’t matter to me …and then they said,”Everyone knows we’re more expensive because of the service we offer.” Frankly, I’m going with Patriot for $2.99 per gallon instead of Meenan’s price of 4.36 per gallon and not worry that they’re not open when I’m usually asleep. I will definitely sleep better tonight knowing this.

Charging Cap prices no matter what the market is doing. $4.79 when it's in the $3 range. Customer service gives you some BS about the service, yeah everyone does service now.

Called Meenan Saturday before New Year. Our heater was making a rumbling sound and just didn't sound right. The service time frame was a little late in the evening so we requested a Sunday morning appointment. They gave us a window between 8 am and 12 noon. 8 am on the dot, Tech Mike Ivone rang the doorbell. He came in and immediately diagnosed the issue and had us back in business within the hour. Mike also took the time to explain everything he was doing along the way. Very knowledgeable, professional, and polite.
