Had a heating issue that required multiple visits. Once a senior tech diagnosed it correctly, they resolved everything and the company fairly reviewed and credited a charge. Appreciated their professionalism and willingness to make it right.

In the midst of this cold weather snap when the temps never went above freezing for two weeks, the heater gave up... There are also 10 inches of fresh snow on the ground! One phone call and 4 hours later the tech was at my door ready to get the heater going again... And there was heat once more! Thank you, Meenan..

This company is horrible! Every time you talk to them they charge you $100. They throw on all these bogus charges when they come out. They’ll come out and shut your propane off in 5 degree weather without even warning you. When they “supposedly call”, it’s always automated and shows up as spam and they leave no messages. This company is a joke and I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

MY awful Meenan story is scheduled to be published here on April 1 2026. I respectfully ask that a real manager call me and not some loyalty CSR that is going to tell me more astonishing misrepresentations.

This company advertises as Meenan, a company we've used many years for heating oil, but I learned that they are now part of the Petro group. I told the person who answered the phone that we need a one-time oil delivery. I was transferred to inside sales where I waited about 10 minutes only to be told that they only do automatic refills for which a contract is required. Wasted my time by not directly disclosing pertinent facts.
