Mega Plumbing of the Carolinas, Inc.

We purchased a new dishwasher from Lowe's and their contractor, Mega Plumbing was assigned. Mega Plumbing was easy to get in touch with, schedule an appointment and help with any questions. The techs arrived within their quoted 3-hour window and did an amazing job installing our dishwasher. Our kitchen can be troublesome with the slate tile flooring we had installed after purchasing our home. But the guys had no problem whatsoever, were extremely patient, very nice and did an outstanding job overall. They also took time to show us the basics of the new appliance, warranty information, etc. Best appliance install/service I've had yet.

We had a dishwasher installed by Mike with Mega Plumbing and the service was excellent! He was very friendly and professional, great with our dog, completed quality work in a timely manner, and cleaned up his work space before he left. We will definitely use Mike with Mega Plumbing again, and would highly recommend his service to anyone.

I would have to assume that this company is at least punctual. This morning on I-85 northbound, a Mega Plumbing truck barreled through the far right lane at speeds topping 100mph. They nearly hit a semi that was merging onto the freeway from the weigh station outside of Mebane then proceeded to blindly cross the other three lanes of traffic to get into the far left lane. This caused drivers to swerve and lock on brakes. I'm amazed that it did not cause an accident. So I guess if you need your toilet or plumbing fixed, hire these guys. Just don't be surprised if they show up with pedestrian debris on the front of their trucks. Learn to drive.

Called Mega Plumbing on June 21. Toilet came loose from the floor. The receptionist said that they were kind of backed up and short handed but said that they would come out either Thur, 22 or Fri, 23. But she would call back and let me know what they could do. Never got a call back. I should not have to chase a business down to get service. I have tried several other local plumbers trying to give them a chance instead of using the National Franchise Brands. Same result. No call-back. I will change my review if they decide they will take on the work.

Well other than the fact their driver almost ran me off the highway on I 85 like I wasn't even there causing me to slam on the brakes and almost get rear ended while doing 70 mph wasn't cool at all..maybe their plumbing is better than their driving I sure hope so.
