I’ve attended Megan’s workshops in the Hamptons since 2016 and loved every single one. She picks great locations and she’s a wonderful teacher, whether you know what you’re doing or are just starting out. She will help you realize your personal vision for a scene and give you take-away tips that make you a better painter. Most of the paintings I’ve done in Megan’s workshops later sold at art fairs, so the workshops pay for themselves!

Megan is a wonderfully talented painter and a true artist. I commissioned Megan for a three piece painting for my business and I was so impressed with her process and dedication. Megan truly spent time listening to my idea for the pieces and then she went to work brining it to life. She scouted places in the village to capture the essence of the area and spent time in my shop with me taking photos of the space and our clients. She sketched each piece so that I could see the composition which was absolutely stunning. Megan then did a series of color studies to decide on the overall color and tone of each piece. Megan recommended the paintings be done on birch wood to create a clean frameless look. Then finally she executed the finished pieces so spectacularly, I was truly moved to tears. T

Enjoy landscape paint but it can be very challenging. Found Megan’s classes while doing a Google search and decided to take her landscape painting workshop in South Hampton. Glad I took it. Megan is very clear with her instruction and generous with her time. Presently, I am taking her classes at the Long Island Academy of Art where I finished paintings started with her outdoors. Here Megan helped me refine my paintings and offered to help me with projects I am working on in my studio. Megan is a classically trained accomplished artist who also happens to be a very effective teacher.
