I am beyond impressed with Megerian Rugs and Carpet Cleaning. I’ve had these rugs cleaned by another company last year, and honestly, they didn’t come back looking half as good as they do now. To be fair, I haven’t seen my rugs look this vibrant and clean since the day I originally bought them! The entire process was pretty seamless. Their communication was excellent from the start, and their pricing is incredibly transparent. The pick-up and delivery service was also top-tier, on time, professional, and very careful with my home. I won't be going anywhere else from now on!

John was a pleasure to work with. After his team collected my rug, I was sent a thoughtful and thorough evaluation of what the rug need to bring it back to its original luster. Megerian rugs expertly cleaned and repaired heirloom rug and set it down in my living room, cutting the pad to fit the rug and ensuring that it was centered. Wow wow wow!! What a WONDERFUL experience I had with Megerian Rugs and Carpet Cleaning. I inherited a 100 year old Persian rug from my grandmother years ago and never had it cleaned or restored. Two months ago I decided that the time was now. I contacted Megerian Rugs in Glen Cove and spoke to John. I then sent them pix of the rug detailing all of the damage around the corners and along the sides. They quickly sent me back a detailed and clear plan on how to clean and restore the rug. I felt the price was right and agreed to it. A few days later the rug was picked up and a few weeks later it was delivered back to me. All thru the process John and his brother were so helpful and quickly answered all of my questions. I am still walking in and out of my living room just to admire it. T

highly recommend Megerian Rugs and will use them again to clean our baby's area rug. They pick up and deliver your rug for free and offer extra cleaning service to soak the rug if it is in bad shape. John is also great at communicating and scheduling pick up and delivery. The rug came in clean, no toxic smells, looking very fresh almost as if we just bought it. Megerian Rugs did a extraordinary job cleaning my silk and wool, hand-made Tibetan rugs. The rugs had not been professionally cleaned since I acquired them more than 15 years ago. They had also been subjected to the worst my puppy could do, including chewing and fraying the edges. Megarian returned them to me with their luster and texture restored and the edges repaired. I am very grateful that Megerian's business exists and continues the family tradition of exemplary service.
