Great service. Ronnie and Ronnie Jr. came to our house in Sea Cliff same day to service our cesspool. They were knowledgeable and friendly. No BS. Told us what we needed and gave us a fair price. Also made suggestions on how to improve our system but didn’t pressure us to do anything that day. Highly recommend.

Robert, who is the owner of the company, is so professional, kind, and an overall upstanding person. From the minute we called him, he sent someone to our home and replaced the pump which we had for many years. He knew what the issue was immediately and took care of it. The company is also very fair in their pricing. Through the years, we have used a hand full of other cess pool companies and each one has been a nightmare. We had nothing but the best experience with North Shore Cesspool and we highly recommend this company.
