Mehringer's Plumbing Heating & AC

We had Mehringers Plumbing come to our house to service our shower a couple of days ago and their plumber not only broke a glass potted plant that I have with a pipe he was carrying through the house, but ALSO broke our toilet due to standing on it while fixing our shower, and just left it in pieces on our bathroom floor! And as if our experience with them couldn't have possibly been any worse- when I opened my shower curtain, my $60 shower head was replaced with a tiny generic one and as I looked around for my old one, it was nowhere to be found! Their plumber literally STOLE my expensive shower head!!! Who does that???!

Had thousands of dollars of meat that went bad when it defrosted within 2 weeks of the repair. I was told I “should’ve watched it” after the repair. Watch it do what…defrost overnight? Still fighting charges of $300 in collections because they refuse to stand behind their work.

Quick response time - within 24 hours of initial call every time I've called. Quick to make repairs. Affordable - I've been able.to make payments on large repair costs. Great local business. Would recommend 10/10.

Thanks to Mehringer's for getting our rental house up to speed with HVAC and finishing a job left undone by previous contractors with a sewage pipe running into the house. They got it all done in a very timely manner and left everything looking great! We are very satisfied with the end result.

If I could give zero stars I would! Called 2 weeks ago about a busted water line. Adam at dispatch was going to call us when they could make it out. He says he called but no one answered. Never left a message or anything. Called this morning to get status, Adam wasn’t there but he’d call me when he got in. No call back. Called again after several hours. Excuse, after excuse from Adam. Was actually asked to call these guys by the customer. Ended up calling Gudorfs and was told this is a story they have heard before. Won’t call Mehringers again.
